1. About Clover Services
Clover Services is a family-owned and locally operated cleaning company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, pet stain and odor removal, tile and grout cleaning, dryer duct cleaning, air duct cleaning, and carpet repair services throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and Clark County.

2. Service Agreement
2.1 Booking and Quotes
All quotes provided by Clover Services are free and non-binding until a service appointment is confirmed. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if, upon arrival, the technician identifies conditions not previously disclosed, including but not limited to: heavily soiled or stained areas requiring extra treatment, the presence of biohazard materials, significant furniture moving requirements, or areas substantially larger than originally described.
We will always communicate any price adjustments to you before performing any additional work and will not proceed without your verbal or written authorization.
2.2 Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment issues, technician illness, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment at no additional charge.
2.3 Customer Responsibilities
To allow our technicians to perform services safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Ensure clear and safe access to all areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival
- Secure or remove fragile items, valuables, and irreplaceable objects from service areas
- Inform us of any known pre-existing damage to carpets, flooring, upholstery, or other surfaces
- Disclose the presence of any hazardous materials, infestations, or health and safety concerns
- Ensure pets are secured or removed from service areas during cleaning
- Ensure children are kept away from wet or treated surfaces until fully dry
2.4 Pre-Existing Conditions
Clover Services is not responsible for damage to carpets, rugs, upholstery, flooring, tile, or ductwork that is the result of pre-existing wear, improper installation, structural defects, color instability, or damage that was present prior to our service. We will make every effort to identify such conditions before beginning work, but it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. We may require a deposit for large commercial jobs or specialty services. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 104A. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings and associated fees.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
Clover Services takes pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern, including returning to re-clean problem areas at no additional charge if the concern falls within the scope of the original service.
Satisfaction guarantees do not cover pre-existing stains, damage, or conditions disclosed prior to service, or results limited by the natural state of fibers, dyes, or materials. Concerns reported more than 24 hours after service completion may be addressed at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clover Services carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our technicians during service, our liability is limited to the reasonable repair or replacement cost of the damaged item. We are not liable for:
- Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
- Loss of income or business interruption
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or manufacturer defects
- Damage resulting from customer’s failure to disclose known conditions
- Normal color variation or shrinkage of natural fiber materials
Our total aggregate liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clover Services, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your negligent or intentional acts or omissions; or (c) any claim by a third party arising from your use of our services.
7. Website Use
Your use of cloverserviceslv.com (“Site”) is subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful code, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or harvest content without permission, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our sole discretion.
Content on our Site is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated without notice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cloverserviceslv.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Clover Services or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit to the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
